3G Film Festival rules published

April 27, 2005

Silver Screen Studios is pleased to announce that its has placed the Rules and Regulations for the Silver Screen Studios Global 3G Film Festival at the website www.wsssg-tv.com. An application form is being prepared and will be placed on the website later early next week. The 3G content will be available through a user's PDA, smart cell phone and other wireless internet devices.

We anticipate that the festival submissions will provide us the content to convert the SSMN into a revenue-generating portal with advertiser sponsored placements.

3G Global Film Festival:

The 3G Global Film Festival will be distributed globally via the SSMN using streaming, WI-FI as well as 3G wireless technology, www.intel.com/netcomms/bbw/ . The films will be limited to 5 minutes in length and will encompass for 3G wireless distribution categories, and 15 minutes in length for internet streaming categories. We currently have the streaming and WI-Fi technology operational. Our engineering consultants are designing the 3G platform which we will launch as soon as developed. We estimate launch will be within the next 45 days.

The content will be encoded using Apple Computers QuickTime H.264 codec and Microsoft WMV 9 codec.

Financing Model:

Our finance subsidiary, Media Finance Group has developed the financing model to take advantage of the recently passed federal as well as Georgia film tax credits, http://www.cfoyesq.com/ARTICLE%20DRAFT%201.0.htm and www.georgiaproduction.org/public/legislation.shtml.

With the new legislation in place for funding, we see our growth increasing in the number of productions we are able to develop as well as the hiring of additional personnel to develop our management ranks. These recent developments in the financing area gives us a platform to raise needed capital to continue on our path of growth.
