Partner selects RADCOM's UMTS monitoring solution

April 10, 2006

RADCOM announced that Partner Communications, a Israeli mobile communications operator, selected its UMTS monitoring solution. The Omni-Q system enables Partner to manage 3G service performance across various local sites from a single control center.

Strategically deployed probes monitor all cellular links in the Partner network including the UTRAN (radio) and the core network. A central management module consolidates network performance information into a comprehensive, integrated view. The total solution gives Partner comprehensive network visibility facilitating fault detection, performance monitoring and drill-down troubleshooting.

Omni-Q's open architecture enables Partner to leverage its existing OSS management system. Additional solution benefits include identification of local usage trends, pre-emptive network performance alerts, various troubleshooting reports, as well as detailed decoding and performance data collection analyses.

"orange 3G subscribers, currently numbered at over 100,000, demand high service quality and RADCOM's quality monitoring system helps us maintain it," said Alon Berman, Vice President Technologies for Partner.

"We are pleased that Partner, a subsidiary of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited, chose RADCOM to help ensure subscriber satisfaction with the 3G services and wire free applications it provides under the orange brand," said Arnon Toussia-Cohen, RADCOM's President & CEO.
