Not much to gain by changing US spectrum allocation

The FCC isn't doing the U.S. wireless industry, or wireless consumers,
any favors by considering allocating spectrum for 3G deployments that
the rest of the world isn't using, according to the Universal Wireless
Communications Consortium (UWCC), a TDMA booster group.
