Sasken licenses its WCDMA terminal software to Intel

Sasken announced today that its WCDMA- protocol stack software has been optimized to work on Intel Corporation's semiconductor platform. Third-generation wireless devices demand much better performance to enable a variety of applications. "Sasken's wireless protocol stack solution will provide competitive differentiation for semiconductor offerings. Working with Intel is an important step towards meeting our goal in becoming the world's leading independent vendor for wireless protocol stacks", said Rajiv Mody, Chief Executive Officer of Sasken.
