InterDigital Using Anite Technology To Test 3G Wireless Products

Anite, a provider of test and measurement technology for the wireless
communications industry, announced that InterDigital Communications
has purchased Anite's Global Certification Forum (GCF)-validated
3GPP test cases for development of next-generation 3G wireless technology.
InterDigital, a architect, designer and developer of advanced wireless
technologies will utilize Anite's test cases in support of the Company's
ongoing efforts to deliver tested and validated 3GPP protocol stacks
for a variety of wireless communications devices, such as mobile
phones, PDAs, mobile computing devices, other terminal-end wireless
devices and base stations.
Mark Lemmo, Executive Vice President of Product Management and
Business Development, InterDigital said, "Anite's GCF approved test
and measurement solution will play an important role in accelerating
our product development and in enabling InterDigital to reduce the
time to market for our 3G wireless products."
