February 10, 2005

Dilithium Networks announced that they have completed interoperability and testing of its multimedia gateway with Openwave System's video voice mail product. This successful collaboration enables operators to deploy a complete solution for 3G video enhanced services including video mail, video portal and 3G video streaming services.

The Dilithium-Openwave interoperability brings together best-of-breed products and technologies, including Dilithium Networks DTG 2000 Gateway and Openwave Video Voicemail platform, for the rapidly developing 3G mobile markets. These solutions will enable service providers to build revenue-generating services, including SIP to Mobile Video telephony, 3G video portal, and 3G mobile video mail solutions.

"Dilithium provides the only multimedia gateway in the market with Video Refresh technology, which eliminates video corruption for video messaging applications," said Lee Ellison, Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing of Dilithium Networks. "We are excited to work with Openwave to provide robust, feature-rich platforms to enable next generation video messaging services."

"Openwave's open platform and ability to quickly partner with companies such as Dilithium enable our customers to deliver the best subscriber experience for mobile and converged services," said Rich Wong, General Manager of Messaging Products at Openwave.
