Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) chairman Tan Sri Nuraizah Abdul Hamid said the commission is finalizing the applicants' information package for the contest, and applicants have until May 29 to submit their entries. The licenses will be for 15 years and have a license fee of just US$13 million.
