January 8, 2007

A 3G network has been introduced under the brand name 'Canar Go' by Canar Telecommunication, a telecomms company in Sudan.

According to Canar Telecommunication, Canar Go is providing wireless broadband Internet service in Sudan, helping to contribute to the development and growth of customers.

Although the network's technical specifications were not announced, it is understood that the network may be a Wi-Fi-based system.
