Comptel Delivers Vodafone Omnitel 3G and Value Added Services Provisioning Solutions

Comptel Corporation and Vodafone have agreed on a substantial delivery project of Comptel’s advanced provisioning solutions for Vodafone Omnitel’s 3G and value added services in Italy. The value of the contract has not been published.

The delivered solution based on Comptel’s MDS/SAS provisioning software activates Vodafone Omnitel subscribers to the network and a large number of value added service platforms such as MMS. The Comptel MDS/SAS solution is also integrated with the new Vodafone Omnitel customer care and self-care platforms providing an end-to-end solution for service provisioning.
