ANADIGICS supplies 3G PA to UTStarcom

ANADIGICS announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of GSM/GPRS and WCDMA power amplifiers (PAs) to UTStarcom for the GW200 handset. UTStarcom's GW200 dual-mode handset, unveiled at Supercomm 2005, provides support for WCDMA, GSM, and GPRS networks to permit global roaming. The GW200 offers a full range of advanced features, including MP3 music compatibility, streaming media support, and a color screen. ANADIGICS offers a complete family of high performance CDMA, GSM, EDGE, and WCDMA power amplifiers to meet the requirements for next-generation mobile devices.
