Orange UK deliver enhanced music player for 3G

Groove Mobile, the mobile music provider, has announced the introduction of its most advanced mobile music application to date through its carrier partner Orange UK. The Symbian and Nokia certified application is preloaded on the new 3G Nokia 6630 Smartphone. The Groove Mobile offering will provide faster downloads, and seamless automatic reconnect options for Orange's mobile music customers accessing full track music content from Warner, EMI, Universal, and V2 mobile.

"The introduction of our latest mobile music player is a direct response to customers who demand speedy and reliable download options for previewing and purchasing their favorite music," said Adam Sexton, vice president marketing and product management, Groove Mobile. "The service will allow Orange UK users to gain faster access to the widest variety of mobile music content available anywhere in the world."

Groove Mobile recently announced the deployment of Tell-A-Friend, an superdistribution option for Norway's Telenor djuice mobile music customers. The service allows mobile music customers to forward their favorite full-track music recommendations to other users on the Telenor network for preview and purchase consideration. The company is also changing the way customers access chart topping selections through its music discovery menu option that is designed to avoid the need for complicated searches.
