On the 3G Internet portal - available to anyone through the web - the mobile company offers simple navigation to users by systemically categorising information. Both existing and future customers of the operator can make decisions easier and better prepared on subscribing to the service this way.
The Internet portal will offer up to date information about services, terminals and future coverage in an easy to understand way, without using the technological jargon. In addition to general orientation, visitors of the site will be informed about 3G terminals available with T-Mobile and upon launching the commercial service also about the details of new services.
On the T-Mobile 3G website one will find the 3G/UMTS coverage map planned for year end, while the increasing number of roaming partners can also be viewed. Namely, since the end of 2004 customers of T-Mobile holding appropriately enabled phones can also roam in the ever increasing number of foreign 3G networks, capitalising on advantages offered by broadband mobile Internet. Under column "Comments" visitors can contribute to the success of 3G in Hungary by forwarding their views to an e-mail address and later filling in the questionnaire - those participating will also be eligible for winning at a draw later.
