3G project delayed until late summer

Reportedly the BT Manx 3G Project due to lunch at the end of this month
have been delayed with a disagreement with its supplier.
The cause of the problem was understood to be with the handset manufacture
NEC, the supplier of the 3GWAP handset refuses to fix a software bug problem
in the handset in time.
The live 3G service at the tiny island of Isle of Man will now be launched
in the late summer instead of at the end of May.
