Andrew Corporation not to work with ZTE after all

Despite reports earlier this week that ZTE and Andrew Corporation of the US are to work together on TD-SCDMA base stations, it appears that they are not. A spokesman for Andrew Corporation told BWCS that the two will not be linking up such a capacity. Swedish mobile equipment manufacturer Ericsson is, however, still working with the sprawling Chinese telecoms equipment maker on TD-SCDMA kit.
