China Mobility Solutions commence trails on 3G streaming solutions

May 26, 2005

China Mobility Solutions is pleased to announce that it has commenced field trails on its streaming media solutions for 3G mobile phones. 3G represents the next generation of mobile phone service enabling advanced multi-media capabilities such as streaming video. In cooperation with the telecom operators, China Mobility Solutions will provide exciting, feature-rich mobile video functions to its clients creating significant new sources of revenue for the Company.

China Mobility Solution's mobile solutions incorporating 3G technology will allow its clients to create more powerful and attractive marketing solutions. Consumers using the new 3G technology will enjoy higher functionality in their mobile devices, have access to the newest services and solutions offered by operators, and notice a higher overall quality of experience.

As China is close to announcing its 3G standards and issuing 3G licenses, all players in this field are currently conducting field trials of various standards, including CDMA, CDMA2000, TD-CDMA, and TD-SCDMA, along with the widely used international standard, WCDMA. TD-SCDMA is the Chinese standard, developed by DaTang -- one of the largest Chinese telecommunication manufacturers. China Mobility Solutions believes TD-SCDMA will play a vital role in China's 3G market and has been working closely with DaTang to provide solutions based on this standard. The Company is also working closely with other corporations on field trials involving streaming media solutions for enterprises. Some of its platform devices and solutions are already being trial tested by customers.

"Our knowledge of the demands and needs of corporate customers together with their daily patterns and user profiles is helping manufacturers like DaTang to better understand and more effectively reach existing and new wireless customers. We believe our expertise in technology, marketing and merchandising can fully complement the manufacturers needs and secure solid relationships with them," said Angela Du, President of China Mobility Solutions.

The first China Mobility Solutions 3G product -- a feature-rich mobile marketing solution incorporating streaming media -- is expected to be commercially released upon the Chinese government's anticipated announcement of the opening of the 3G markets.
