ARC Wireless Achieves Approved Vendor Status From AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless

ARC Wireless Solutions today announced that it has achieved status as an authorized 2.5G and 3G base station antenna supplier for both AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless.

The Company is currently selling its new base station products to Bechtel Telecommunications, project integrator for AT&T Wireless' 2.5G and 3G rollouts. The Company has received initial orders from Cingular Wireless and continues to expand its offerings to other wireless customers.

In August 2001, ARC Wireless Solutions reached an agreement with Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp to acquire certain commercial assets of BATC's next generation wireless communications products line. The assets consist of high-performance base station antenna and asset tracking systems serving the commercial wireless industry in the ever increasing 3G infrastructure.
