NetTest launches InterQuest Analyser for UMTS networks
November 27, 2003
NetTest, a provider of testing, monitoring and management solutions for
advanced and converged networks, today announced the introduction of InterQuest
Analyser, the new localised network and service performance Analyser for
UMTS networks.
Designed with advanced applications for service testing, network monitoring
and data acquisition for next-generation networks, InterQuest Analyser
allows service providers to quickly respond to the increasing market demands
by enabling fast deployment of new services in UMTS networks. Moreover,
InterQuest empowers mobile operators to speed trouble resolution, to help
maintain high service availability throughout the service life cycle,
and increase customer satisfaction.
InterQuest Analyser is designed to make technology simple through a powerful
top-down test methodology that allows service providers to enhance test
and workflow procedures with a customer-centric view globally in the organisation.
This facilitates troubleshooting and optimisation of even the most complex
networks, makes more efficient use of network experts, and increases overall
productivity within the organization.
"InterQuest Analyser offers the most impressive price/performance test
platform in the industry today, allowing service providers to reduce total
cost of operations of their UMTS networks while at the same offering a
highly reliable and scalable solution", says Jacob Krogsgaard, Vice President
of the Networks business group at NetTest. Krogsgaard adds, "The scalability
across multiple technologies and services allows our customers to reduce
investments in a new testing platform when turning up new services, and
makes it possible to grow the test solution with the network".
