PrairieComm partners with Promaster

PrairieComm, a developer and supplier of 3G baseband processors and software, and Promaster Technology, announced they have partnered together to promote PrairieComm's 3G reference phone platform, FronTier.

As a part of the agreement, Promaster will provide PrairieComm with sales support to the Chinese and Taiwanese 3G manufacturer and ODM community. The partnership is part of PrairieComm's strategy to increase its presence in the Asian markets.

"Our partnership with Promaster is an integral part of our 3G sales strategy," said Jim Berg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, PrairieComm, Inc. "We chose Promaster because of their proven track record of working with leading OEM and ODM wireless handset manufacturers in China and Taiwan."
