Zone4Play launches casino applications on 3UK

Zone4Play, a developer and provider of multi-platform interactive game applications and solutions, announced the launch of its play-for-real fixed-odds casino applications on Hutchison 3G, in the UK. The new service is a collaboration of Zone4Play, DITG (Digital Interactive Television Group) through its wholly owned subsidiary Avago, and Hutchison 3G, the UK's first video mobile network.

The new service is one of the first mobile fixed-odds services in the UK. and DITG, under an agreement with Hutchison 3G, will have Zone4Play providing Avago-branded play-for-fun games as well as fixed-odd real gaming solutions.

Hutchison 3G's "Fixed-odds Games by Avago" was developed by Zone4Play and is run by DITG, that also operates the Avago channel on Sky (channel 181). Zone4Play has been working with DITG for the past 18 months to expand its multi-platform to provide fixed odds and play-for-fun casino games leveraging the Avago brand on both TV and Mobile.

Mr. Idan Miller VP Marketing and Sales at Zone4Play, commented, "We are excited to see our fixed-odds games leap to life on Hutchison 3G Mobile service, the first UK mobile operator to offer fixed-odds games, through our partnership with DITG."

Mr. Damian Cope, Managing Director, DITG Gaming, said: "We are delighted to be launching this service on 3 in conjunction with Zone4Play, and are convinced that mobile gambling revenues will grow strongly over the next few years. We are confident that both existing and future Avago customers will enjoy the ability to play games via their mobile handsets."
