November 25, 2004
NTT DoCoMo announced they will change the launch date for the "SH901iC"

planned to be marketed on November 26, 2004.
The handset, features virus scan functions and an enhanced audio

It has a surround-type 3D audio system for ringing-tones with twin

whether data acquired from outside contain viruses, the mobile phone
service operator said.
The company said the audio system "gives users the sensation

tones and other audio content."
The SH901iC is equipped with Sony's IC card technology that enables
the handsets to function as electronic money.
Among other features of the handset, the capacity for mail attachments
was increased from 100 kilobytes in the previous series to 500 kb

The new handsets are expected to sell for around 35,000 yen (US$337).
