Sweden's Hi 3G improve pre-pay offer

Swedish mobile telephone operator Hi 3G Access AB will cut the price of its pre-pay mobile tariffs to the same price paid by post-pay customers. The company said it would offer pre-pay customers fixed price minutes for all calls.

In addition it is doubling the number of minutes included in the tariffs for both pre-pay and post-pay customers.

The company also said calls made by a Hi 3G customers to another Hi 3G mobile would be free of charge.

Its sister company in the UK, 3UK, won the award for "best pre-pay package" at the Mobile Retailer Awards. The pre-pay tariffs offer the same call charges as post-pay customers. Compared with other operator's pre-pay options, the pre-pay tariffs from 3UK are extremely competitive when customers spend more than £15 a month.
