VIBO chooses Comverse's advanced messaging services for its 3G network

Comverse, a subsidiary of Comverse Technology, announced that VIBO Telecom, Taiwan's newest operator, deployed Comverse's InSight Open Services Environment and advanced messaging services for its new 3G network in Taiwan.

Feature-rich Comverse services with 3G capabilities deployed by VIBO include Videomail and Voicemail to MMS. In addition, Comverse is providing MMS, SMS, and advanced video and voicemail capabilities including providing VIBO subscribers with Web and email access to their video and voice messages and the ability to manage their voicemail/videomail preferences via the web. Comverse multimedia solutions help advance VIBO's goal of attracting subscribers through strong brand identity and innovation leadership.
