Anritsu accepting orders for its W-CDMA test system
September 4, 2002
Anritsu Corporation announced that it is accepting orders from
September1, 2002 for its new ME7876A Mobile Communication Test System.
The system enables the automated testing of the RF[*1] transmission/reception
characteristic and call processing of mobile terminals conforming
to W-CDMA, one of 3rd generation mobile phone systems, performed
in a batch at high speed. Also, measurement parameters for testing
and test result data can be easily administrated.
The use of this system shortens the acquisition time of W-CDMA
test methods and instrument control methods, which dramatically
improves the efficiency of W-CDMA mobile terminal development and
manufacturing line configuration.
This system can be utilized for wide range of applications from
characteristic evaluation in R&D to characteristic inspection in
manufacturing line and characteristic evaluation test in maintenance
of W-CDMA mobile terminals.
