Mobilkom Austria and Hutchison 3G Austria Stipulate a National Roaming
Agreement

Telekom Austria Group's mobile subsidiary Mobilkom Austria today
announced the stipulation of a national roaming agreement with Hutchison
3G Austria.
This agreement provides that Mobilkom Austria's A1 network will
be available for future Hutchison customers for GSM telephony services
as well as GSM/GPRS data services, thus catering for mobile communications
services beyond 3G UMTS coverage.
The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
