The future of Vodafone Australia's 3G strategy is to be unveiled in early November. The mobile firm favours a partnership with other 3G license holders to build a join 3G network. Talks are still going on but the firm has not chosen a partner yet.
Grahame Maher, Managing director of Vodafone, said talks are in progress with potential partners but did not specify the number of candidates.

Optus Chief Executive Chris Anderson recently said they were not eager to co-operate with Vodafone in build a network together.
