eMobile sign 3G roaming agreement with NTT DoCoMo

September 11, 2006

eMobile and NTT DoCoMo signed an agreement on the 3G roaming service. The two companies determine the details of the agreement going forward.

The roaming areas serviced by NTT DoCoMo are expected to be in 31 prefectures, excluding Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka areas. With this roaming service agreement with NTT DoCoMo, eMobile will be able to provide its service nationwide from the voice service launch in March 2008. Since the roaming service from NTT DoCoMo is expected to continue until October 2010, eMobile plans to promote the construction of its own network nationwide, and to switch its service from NTT DoCoMo's network to the proprietary network as the Company completes the coverage area.
