The Liechtenstein based Telecom FL has decide not to exercise its
right to a free UMTS license in the country, saying that it is unhappy
with the terms of the license. There are four licenses available,
and they have been automatically granted to the four GSM license
holders. Telecom FL is the first company to decide not to accept
its 3G license. The other three GSM opertors are Mobilkom FL 1,
Tele2 and Viag Europlattform..
